Join Palliative Care Nurse, Lynn Gillis, Jocelyn Tranqilla, Integrated Palliative Care Service's Bereavement Services Coordinator, and Nicole Phinney, MAID Clinical Services Manager for a conversation about care for the end of life and beyond.
