The Musquodoboit Harbour Community Garden supports community gardeners and contributes to food security on the Eastern Shore.

Community members can rent a garden plot for the growing season. Plots are distributed in late winter/early spring before gardening season begins and workshops are offered through the growing and harvesting seasons. Plots are $25.00 for the season.

The Community Garden is operated by a volunteer committee with guidance from long time Garden Manager, Jude Major. Our Community Garden Committee is growing food to support the Food Pantry and Musqui Cafe.

This 2025 season, we are offering a variety of free workshops to promote learning, skill-sharing and food security. Below is a list of upcoming workshops. Workshops are free and open to the public but a $5 donation to the community garden is welcome!
