Sung Style Tai Chi is offered Wednesday mornings from September to June by a local volunteer instructor. Tai Chi is a low key, low impact exercise that benefits the body and mind. Call the Old School for further details and to register.

The Old School is committed to offering programming that contributes to the health and wellness of community members of all ages. In the past, we have offered information sessions and demos around diet and nutrition, managing chronic illness, and financial literacy.

 

Enhance Through Dance (which was initially funded through the federal government’s New Horizons Program) is still going strong and meet each Friday morning.
